The Covid-19 pandemic presents an opportunity to develop more sustainable health workforces. Health workers occupy a unique position in response to COVID-19 and it seems to have taken this pandemic for all of us to more explicitly value health workers. From April 1, 2021 we will support another 20% position in palliative care in the children’s hospital in eastern Switzerland.
