PROJECT CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL ZURICH

A wheelchair for the Oncology of the Children’s Hospital in Zurich

Very often, inquiries from families reach the oncology of the children’s hospital in Zurich, and it is asked whether a wheelchair would be available for a transitional period or even just for an order. This was unfortunately not possible in the past because there were not enough wheelchairs.

Thanks to a sponsor from the Principality of Liechtenstein, it was now possible to issue a cost estimate for a special model and the wheelchair was manufactured by W. Hägeli AG in Zurich and can be delivered to the oncology department of the Children’s Hospital Zurich this month.
